It is with great sadness that we pass along the news that Rick Peterson passed away on Friday,July 13th. The public visitation is Saturday,July 28 9:00-12 at Scott funeral home 1100 Greenleaf avenue Wilmette. My personal connection with Rick spans 40 years. He was one of my first swim coaches, continued as a mentor, colleague and friend. He made connections with so many swimmers throughout the years.
