The Swimming and Diving Team Banquet will be in the Lyceum at Glenbrook South. The banquet will be on Wednesday February 28th at 6pm. The cost will be $20.00 per person and families are welcome. We will have catered food and are looking forward to honoring all the boys.
Payment can be made online through the GBS bookstore. Below are the directions:
Log in to e~Funds for Schools.
Under the Welcome bar, select Pay for Optional Fees.
Select the student for which you would like to pay a fee.
Select Other- Banquet Swim Dive B
Click the Add to Cart button to add the optional fee to your cart.
Click the Begin Checkout button to complete your payment.
Credit or debit card payments attract a non-refundable surcharge.
There is no surcharge when paying with your checking account (direct debit).
Students can also visit the bookstore to pay via cash or check.

The Swim Team Banquet will be on Wednesday, February 28th at 6pm. The banquet will be at GBS in the Lyceum and will be catered by Chipotle. Signups will be done through the bookstore.

GBS is only allowing Varsity levels to practice on Monday, January 15th.

There is no word about Tuesday, January 16th yet.

We have let the boys know that the $55.00 swim team dues is now set up and ready to be paid in the bookstore. The dues pay for swim caps, 3 all team pasta parties and the pizza party as well as stocking the concession stand. This can be paid at the bookstore…or online (directions below on online).  This should be available on 11/29/23 to be paid online.

The Boys Swim/Dive Roster will be complete on Wed. night and posted under ROSTERS this week.

Boys on the team need to complete the following Info Sheet by Wednesday if possible and order their team suit ASAP.  The info form will help us send parent emails and keep track of locker locations as well as having contact phone numbers in case we need them.

The required items are a team suit and a team shirt….everything else is optional.  There are 2 deadlines.

Deadline 1- November 10th – This should be primarily returning swimmer/divers.

Deadline 2- December 1st – This is for swimmer/divers that are unsure if they will participate this season.

The Boys Swimming and Diving Season will begin on Monday November 20th. There will be a Preseason Meeting on Wed. November 8th in the small pool balcony from 3:30-3:45pm.

Team selections will be on Monday/Tuesday 3:30-5:30pm. All practice schedules will be listed under schedule on gbsswim.com. If you have any questions email Mac at kmacdonald@glenbrook225.org
Each swimmer/diver must complete 2 things before attending the first practice:

1)Sign up at the Power school parent portal–follow these directions: SIGNUP GUIDE
2)Have a current physical. Each physical is good for 13 months. Athletes can get a physical at GBS Health Center if they want to.

The Swimming and Diving Team Banquet will be on Tuesday, February 28th at 6pm in the Lyceum at GBS. Dinner will be provided and each swimmer/diver will be honored. The fee is $20.00 to be paid at the bookstore or using the following instructions:

Please order your team suit through the following link asap so you have it for the first meet. There are also additional items to purchase as well.  The only required item besides the team suit is the team shirt.  All other items are optional.  The items will be delivered to your home.
ALL swimmers/divers will receive a team issued team jacket on Monday. They will return the jacket at the end of the season
