We have let the boys know that the $60.00 swim team dues is now set up and ready to be paid in the bookstore. The dues pay for 3 all team pasta parties and the pizza party as well as stocking the concession stand. This can be paid at the bookstore…or online (directions below on online).  This should be available on 11/26/25 to be paid online.

Students & Parents

1. Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

2. Select the Balance option to be automatically directed to the payment system.

3. After accessing the system, select Optional Fees.

4. Select Boys Swim Team Pasta Party Dues.

5. Add the fee to your cart.

6. Select Proceed To Checkout and follow the prompts on the screen to confirm your payment preference.

An alternate sign-in option if a parent is having difficulty logging into PowerSchool:

• Navigate to https://register.glenbrook225.org/.

• Select Current Glenbrook Parent, Staff or Student.

• Select Pay Fee or Purchase Items.

• After accessing the system, proceed with the third step above.

Each swimmer/diver must order a team suit and team t-shirt.  All else is optional.  The company will split the order so the suits will be delivered immediately and the shirts, etc. will be delivered in bulk in a couple weeks.

The Boys Swimming and Diving Season will begin on Monday November 24th.

We will have a preseason meeting in the small pool balcony from 3:30-3:45pm on Wednesday, Nov. 5th.

Team selections will be on Monday/Tuesday Nov 24-25 from 3:30-5:30pm. All practice schedules will be listed under schedule on gbsswim.com. If you have any questions email Mac at kmacdonald@glenbrook225.org
Each swimmer/diver must complete 2 things before attending the first practice:

1)Sign up at the Power school parent portal–follow these directions: SIGNUP GUIDE
2)Have a current physical. Each physical is good for 13 months. Athletes can get a physical at GBS Health Center if they want to.

GBS Is excited to be going to the Dual Meet Championship Meet on December 30th, 2025.  This will bring together the most successful teams in Illinois in a dual meet format meet.

BANQUET BOOK 2025

The Swimming and Diving Team Banquet will be in the Lyceum at Glenbrook South. The banquet will be on Wednesday February 5th at 6pm. The cost will be $25.00 per person and families are welcome. We will have catered food and are looking forward to honoring all the boys.
Payment can be made online through the GBS bookstore. Below are the directions:
Log in to e~Funds for Schools.
Under the Welcome bar, select Pay for Optional Fees.
Select the student for which you would like to pay a fee.
Select Other- Banquet Swim Dive B
Click the Add to Cart button to add the optional fee to your cart.
Click the Begin Checkout button to complete your payment.
Credit or debit card payments attract a non-refundable surcharge.
There is no surcharge when paying with your checking account (direct debit).
Students can also visit the bookstore to pay via cash or check.

The Swim Team Banquet will be on Wednesday, February 28th at 6pm. The banquet will be at GBS in the Lyceum and will be catered by Chipotle. Signups will be done through the bookstore.

Deadline 1- November 10th – This should be primarily returning swimmer/divers.

Deadline 2- December 1st – This is for swimmer/divers that are unsure if they will participate this season.
