We are happy to announce the re-start of the Boys Swimming and Diving Season.  Winter sports have been given the okay to practice starting Tuesday, January 19th.  All swimmers/divers will get an email reminder tomorrow about all protocols necessary for entering the building.  Included in this email will be reminders about the safety steps that will be taken while in the pool facility.  The first week practice schedule is posted under calendar.  See You SOON!

We have been directed by the school to pause Boys Swimming and Diving.  We have not been told how long the pause will be.  We will have another post later tonight with details on a team zoom for tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3:45pm.  NO PRACTICES TOMORROW!!

Boys Swim/Dive Season begins Monday, Nov. 16.   Please read through the entire google slide presentation so you are prepared for the season.

GBS BOYS SWIMMING AND DIVING PRESENTATION

Boys Swimming and Diving will officially begin on Monday, November 16th. We will have some preseason opportunities for swimmers:

All swimmers must bring the completed waiver to participate in preseason and in season swimming: SWIM Team Waiver 

Print out waiver and bring it to your first preseason or in season practice.  Preseason practices:

Tuesday Oct 27 3:45-5:30 -Seniors and Sophomores

Thursday Oct 29 3:34-5:30- Juniors and Freshman

Tue/Thu Nov. 3,5,10,12-3:45-5:15 – All

All swimmers enter at door Y.  There will be a GBS staff person at that door to check you in/take temperature.

Congratulations to our Sectional Swim & Dive Team of Emsela Orucevic, Emma Hogan, Skye Slade, Liz Duncan, Allie Bosch, Maddie O’Mera, Kaitlyn Evans, Lauren Vuong, and Jacki Stadler on a great IHSA Sectionals performance. Our Titans finished 7th at Sectionals!
